| If I remove the oscommerce link in the admin section and footer of a store and redesign for a client, am I still within the bounds of the terms of use. Also, if I redesign the ADMIN section and put in my web design business logo, does that violate anything? Or am I required to keep the oscommerce logo and links even though I custom design? I have kept the following throughout the pages: " osCMax Power E-Commerce osCommerce Documentation by OSCdox :: osCommerce and osCMax installation and users manual, discussion forums (News) Copyright 2006 osCMax Released under the GNU General Public License */ Let me know and thanks, Angie |

| You don't have to keep the osCMax copyright link on the catalog side if you change the template design completely, but it would be a great show of support for the project if you did, as it will attract more users to osCMax and enable better development of the project moving forward. The copyright block in the footer of the admin panel must remain and cannot be removed.
