New Order Email Notification

I have recently installed OSCMax RC2 and then updated to RC3 with the file patch. Still in site development stage. Customer is receiving order email notification fine. Site / order administrator is receiving no notification of a new order however.

Question #1 ? Where and how do I tell the system to also give new order notification to the site / order administrator?

Question #2 ? How do I change the subject line of the order notification to the customer and / or the administrator ?

Admin >> Configuration >> send extra order emails

Set this to your admin email address and shop owner will get order emails too.

Great. Is there a published complete manual for the various OSCmax cart versions? I read the readme, install files and search the forum threads as much as I can. All sujects are certainly not covered. If a complete manual exists PDF, text or other format I would love to get my hands on it.
