Gift Vouchers not working

Is this a known issue in OSCMAX? Any input would be appreciated.

Gift Vouchers works - as long as you set them up correctly. Can you please explain what exactly your problem is? (or at which point it don't work)....

Well I can create a gift voucher and pay for it. But it doesn't go into the que.
