Categories/products in admin blank

In admin, all other menu links work exept the categories/products link. it just shows up blank.

I've tried several versions of db setups, even whole ones from working shops. The files themselfs came from a working shop aswell.

I'm sorry I can't include a server log, my provider's logs lag a few hours but has anyone had a similer problem? (and hopefully a fix for it )

You need an error message from the logs or nobody here can help. Without that, we have nothing to go on.

See if you can turn on php error reporting to the screen with an .htaccess file. Then you can see the error in real time.

Turn on error reporting:

1. Create a plain text file named .htaccess with the following lines or add the following lines to an existing .htaccess file:
   php_flag display_errors on
   php_value error_reporting 7
2. Upload this .htaccess file to your / directory. This is the level above public. Note: If you already have a file named .htaccess there, simply add the above lines to that file rather than replacing it.

I tried replacing everything with a fresh install and the problem went away. Can't figure out why the other shop wasn't working when it was fine before, and I've moved stores before... oh well.

I have another strange problem but I'll start another thread about it. Thanks for the help anyway!
