Proceed Directly to Checkout - problem

I install hebrew language in my srtore ,but when i get to the option

Proceed Directly to Checkout --> I am getting a problem.

Just one line after the city:

מחוז: 1054 - Unknown column 'DEFAULT_COUNTRY' in 'where clause'

select zone_name from zones where zone_country_id = DEFAULT_COUNTRY order by zone_name

[TEP STOP]

instead of getting the State/Province:
Post code:
country:


If anyone got any idea how do solve this problem i will appricciate an answer
