Cannot proceed to Payment Information

Hello to all,

I am close to going live, but was testing the site with PayPal's sandbox. However, I cannot get past the delivery information in the checkout process. I searched the forum, but it seems like there isn't a concrete answer. I have a weight on my product (should that matter??) but the product isn't stocked (or says it isn't).

You either need to turn off stock checking, or you need to add stock for your products.
