Gift voucher problems

When I try to use a gift coucher, and check the box on payment page, it wont continue cause it seems to be not paying the tax with the voucher, so it wants you to add another payment method (found this out by picking money order, and it shows the tax as still owed)

Second problem is with the links that the email sends, you can not click on them, they are not active hyperlinks.

First issue: set the gv order total module to include tax:
Include Tax
Include Tax in calculation.

Next, for the email issue check to see if mime emails are enabled or disabled and try changing it to the one it is currently not set to.

With how long I have been using this I should know where to find the INCLUDE TAX in admin but I cant find it anywhere, what part of the admin panel is it in?

Found it, and it fixed the tax problem, but I changed the email to true on MIME and still not getting links in emails?

Joe, what was the exact resolution for the email issue, just to have it in this thread so that others will benefit...
