RC2 > RC3 upgrade issue

After upgrading an RC2 store to RC3, the Admin Create Order process (Admin > Customers > Create Order) is not working. When I select a customer from the dropdown list and click submit, it kicks me out to the admin login page.

Any ideas what this could be? Any fix suggestions?

Did you then update to RC3.0.1 per this page?

After you do that, let me know if you are still having this issue.

Ok, I applied the RC3.0.1 update and still getting the same error - it dumps me out to the login page. Can you provide any other fixes?

The main reason I upgraded to RC3 was to get the fixes for "create orders" and get it working properly (with RC2 it was not loading products in the Add Product dropdown). Now I guess this is a new issue? Is it being worked on?

This is not a new issue on the dozens of test installs I have done. Perhaps it is specific to your install setup. I have not seen anything in the bugtracker either since the release of RC3.

This is the closest thing I could find in the bugtracker:

Perhaps you are having a similar issue with sessions being dropped.

That fixed it. Hopefully the sessions will work ok elsewhere with that code block removed.
