tax calculates itself automatically

i havent had this problem before on the older oscmax version, but im having the same problems on both sites using the newer oscmax version. I'm almost certain I set up the tax correctly, but for some reason its automatically configuring the tax,

so instead of lets say $100.00 it will be $110 (saying if tax was 10%) on the catalog.

any ideas what the problem is? please help!!

i couldnt find that option for show prices with tax included anywhere, where is that located?
