How can an order # be skipped?
Here is an email from a client:
I am working on orders and have noticed that there are missing orders that have not shown up in my OsMax under orders. I went into my e-mail and they are not there either.
The order sequence goes from #55 to #57. Order #56 is missing. This was on 9-30
Today, I am taking orders off and noticed that (2) orders are missing. #87, and #89. The sequence goes .... #86 to #88 and from #88 to #90.
I looked through my e-mail and they have not come through and they are not listed in the OsCmax under orders.....
