Customers with AOL email adresses are not being delivered

Hi,

I have a lot of customer emails not being delivered and bouncing back unsent on looking at the problem it appears they are all using AOL email addresses.

Is this a known problem and if so is there a fix for it ?

If it is being bounced back then there is a problem with the email address as they have entered it or AOL has you blocked (Will not accept).

If your getting bounced messages - what are they saying? User not found or some other error.....?


Possably the user has a period int he first part of the email. I have herd of some problems like that in the past where OSC or Max was droping part of the email cause of the extra period....
