Default my admin panel is all screwed up!

i'm not sure what i did but i don't remember doing anything stupid, but something went wrong and now all my admin panel is looking weird.

the titles are all messed up. for example, instead of My Account,it says BOX_HEADING_MY_ACCOUNT. it's the same with all other parts of the admin panel. 75% of the words in my admin panel are similar style. e.g BOX_HEADING_CATALOG,BOX_CATALOG_CATEGORIES_PRODUCT S,etc.

what have i done wrong and how can i fix this?

Default RE: my admin panel is all screwed up!

if you see:

SOME_TEXT_IN_ALL_UPPER_CASE_WITH_UNDER_SCORE_FOR_S PACES

this means you have a language problem. Ether you installed another mod that you did not "copy" the language files into all your language directories----or you some how deleted or removed some files in the language directories.

Reinstall all ADMIN files - EXCEPT the "configure.php" and try again.
