Default change my mind to root installation ?

I just finished installation of osCMax 2.0 successfuly, but now want to fix how I can find the easy way to change to "Root installation".
In other word , instead of :

www.domain name.com/catalog/index

to be just :

www.domain name.com

many thanks and regards,

Well,
You could redirect www.domain name.com/catalog/ to www.domain name.com.
This can be easily done in cpanel if you have one.
Or you could ask your webhost to copy the files from www.domain name.com/catalog/ to www.domain name.com an then make some manual alterations in both of the configure.php files.

Default RE: change my mind to root installation ?

The simples would to change the CONFIGURE files (both) and remove "/catalog"

and move all files in "/catalog/" to root or "/"......
