Modules Not Showing up after move to new server

I just moved my oscmax store to a dedicated server since my store has grown and It has php5 installed and I am trying to setup payment modules etc and they are all blank like it cannot see the modulaes in the admin interface however it lists the correct path to them in the admin interface what gives? Any ideas on this?

I had to modify the php.ini and enabled the following

register_globals
register_long_arrays


Any help would be appreciated...

Make sure CONFIGURE.PHP file for the new server has been updated!!!!

Make sure all files have been copied over.

Make a DB backup from the ADMIN PANEL in the old Server - copy it over - and restore it from the same spot in the ADMIN PANEL on the new server.
