Can't Install

Can't Install

I am trying to install the latest release and I receive the following error when trying to run /catalog/install/install.php

Code:

public_html/catalog/.htaccess: Invalid command 'php_value', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

File does not exist: /home/kjscrubs/public_html/500.shtml

Any help would be appreciated!

UPDATE -

Nevermind, I removed the htaccess file and was able to install... I will protect it now that I have it installed.
