Help! Admin page is blank (but store is showing up...)

I have been up since 3am this morning trying to fix the store i am working on, I tried installing options as images yesterday & while it worked briefly, something corrupted & i ended up restoring my database from a backup, and restoring my entire store site from backup as well, not an overwrite, but a clean upload of my site 2 days ago, before Options as Images.

So, now my store works, but my admin panel wont load, the page spins & spins but stays white.

Is there something i'm missing here, i can't even pull an error message as to what's wrong. what would cause it to work 2 days ago, but not work today?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm not a database/php coder, I can only make the changes that a contribution or install directs me to make, so it may be something really simple that i dont know to look for.

I have similar issue, new install here

most of the admin pages bwork, but trying to add a category or part link just displays a blank page
