EasyPopulate dont work

I could not get easypopulate to work at all. I have installed osCMax 2x with the latest patch. Then I created 2 products, downloaded the EP file. Then I uploaded the file without opening or doing anything to it. Then I got the same error. Only the first line works.

This is the output:

I changed one of my products to in-active and downloaded the file. Also without opening I uploaded the file and I received the same info that you posted above.
Check the following:

In-stock
Date Available
Make a change to the file and re-upload. It should say updated.
Also manually insert a product in the EP File and then upload you should see that it added the product.

The file you posted above look fine to me.

You may also try to give a better explanation of the errors you are getting.

I have a languague other than english so it get an id #4 This is ok in EP. I just downloaded the complete file so maby someone can see if something is wrong. When I uploade the attached file I get this output in EP.

It never can catch anything but the first line.
