You should be able to click on the selected shipping type that you want and then hit the edit mode. That will enable the settings to be changes to true. In some items you will have to go to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. and sign up for an account. USPS will place you on a test server once you are ready you have to call them to place your USPS account on the production server, but you have to call them. Fedex and UPS you have to sign up with a credit card on file with them to charge your shipping charges to the accout you set up with them.

Did you check your rate settings?

Did you set a rate in the product description pricing?

Did you try to set up other shipping modules?

Did you modify the shipping or the pages since you have a new template?

I did notice that the shipping did show up after payment information page and in order confirmation I can go and edit the shipping method, but it only gives one option.

What version of OSCMAX are you using?

Use WinMerge to compare your files against a fresh new version of oscMax.

Your buy buttons are not showing up?

When the buy button did show up, I clicked and it did notadd the product to the cart. I think this is because of the attribute settings.

The only thing that I could find was that the qty on your products does not have a weight register in the products qty feild in the admin. I have researched all the files you sent and none had anything to do with the shipping model. There are a few things to double sheck:

1. check your settings in the customer groups either use the defaults if you have more than one customer type.

2. check that your products have a weight registered. If the weight is not needed for a specific product you can defer the weight ratio by deluting the weight using the following. (.00000001) placing a few zeroes will allow it to not register a cost for shipping if the weight is not necessary. Weight is used for large items that require a rate to be calculated based on weight and a zero weight will let the system know that it is not required and will use the default table rate or if the item is a downloadable product.

Other than that I did not find that your files had any corrupt settings.

You can do an easy populate or update the weight manually for each item.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Products must have a weight assigned or shipping is skipped. Zero weight is reserved for non-shipping items like downloads or gift vouchers.
