checkout bug, picture doesnt show during checkout

anyone aware of this issue, is it on bugtracker, any ideas??

here's the feedback from the customer, I've received similar complaints before:

I was trying to order 2 pair of shoes from this website but everytime that I proceed to check out, the page only loads halfway and I can't see everything on the page as far as my shipping and billing information and it doesn't show a picture of the shoes either. Checkout never shows a picture. Your other issue sounds like a configuration problem. Neither are bugs.

Specifics please.
