Email Order Confirmation - Pound Sign not appearing

Hi folks,

has anyone had this problem before? On the email you receive as confirmation of your order the pound sign is not showing. See my email below:

------------------------------------------------------
Sub-Total: £5.00
Flat Rate (Best Way): £5.00
Total: £10.00

Any help appreciated

Seams according to your "email" - it is showing. Please explain a bit better or show what actually is being display and what you where expecting....
