Default What about switching from Creloaded to osCMax

I have a site running on creloaded 6.1a right now and I am having some real bad issues upgrading to thier latest version. Right now I am trying to find a solution that I can migrate to. As you can see by clicking the link below, the cart has been quite customized. Would my custom template work with oscmax and is there a way to migrate?

Default RE: What about switching from Creloaded to osCMax

Yes you can migrate from CRELoaded to OSCMAX - however I am sure it will not be an easy task due to BOTH are heavly moded and they don't exacly follow the same path. It would be harder than a PLAIN MS2 to MAX conversion. NOT IMPOSSABLE - but just not easy. Use MySQLDiff or simular tool and or use a file compair tool. Try and limit your conversion to only CUSTOMER data and PRODUCTS (no history) to make it easier....

As for your "template" that might be easer than you think. As they BOTH use BTS templates. Use the standard compair tools and copy over your changes or recreate in using a copy of the default template.

If you get stuck please ask for help. When DONE please shair how your experance was on doing this etc...

Good Luck!
