RC2 Bug? Changing address from checkout_shipping_address.ph

Is is just me or is anyone else getting a problem with the state selection box, instead of having one drop down box to pick your state, it has lots of them that stretch out the right border and it seems it makes a new box for each entry, so there is a bunch... please try to change your address from the checkout_shipping page and see if you have the same problem.
