Banner Manager -- Graphs directory not writable.

I have changed all of the permisions for the graphs folder, and all the files to 777 and still getting error on banner manager page in admin, Graphs directory not writalble???
anyone know how to fix this.
It also is not showing any of the graphs.

the only way is to chmod 777 /admin/images/graphs and clear your browser cache.

If that does not work, perhaps your host does not allow 777, in which case try 755...
