Tax isn't displaying at all..

I have a 17.5% VAT applied to all items but it doesn't show anywhere.

I'd like to have all the items display with tax added for the product info pages, shopping cart (box+page) etc, and then upon checkout display the price with and without tax.

Do I a contrib to do this? It doesn't seem like I should need something like that...

Oh, I've installed the bugfix thingy, and all my tax modules and such are in order...
