Default Upload catalog and sub directories

I am very new to web design and trying to no avail to get OSCommerce up and running on my site (www.Reptigreens.com) to rectify some problems I have with shipping due to paypal limitations. I am trying to upload the catalog and sub-directories (per chapter 3 step 1) - I just can't figure it out. When I look at the directory structure I see Catalog/admin/images....etc all the way to includes - but no install. What am I doing wrong?

Pls help.....I'm losing business bcz I can't get this up and running.

Thanks
Susan

Note sure if this will be of any help but I think you have not unzipped all of the files from the archive.

Download the zip again containing osCMax and give it another go.

I bet for some reason the whole thing didn't come out of the zip last time round.
