I am not getting no product description?

I am using osCMax v2.0 and I am not getting no description when I enter the description.

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having the same problem.

Only way I got this to work was turn enable/on the WYSIWYG Editor

At this point (in other words there may be a way) I found no other method without turning the editor on, even with the bug update (for ver2.0 rc2) for the categories.php file?

I have the same problem with product descriptions using the text field. Can someone help me here? It doesn't seem like a one-off.
