Default Keeping newest products showing, not just "new for sept

Hi, I just set up a new sit and after the month of august ended, it now no longer shows any items on my main page under the "New Products for September", how can I set it to show the last added products there even if they were not added in september.
    Thanks for any help.

Download the EP logs in Easy Populate:

    1. Download Complete tab-delimited .txt file to edit
    2. Open and look for the column N: v_date_avail
    3. Select entire column and custom set the date to YYYY/M/D.
    4. Open and look for the column O:v_date_added
    5. Set Dates for the items you want as new or to show up for that month. Use the YYY/M/D format.
    6. Select entire column and custom set the date to YYYY/M/D.
    7. Set Dates for the items you want as new or to show up for that month. Use the YYY/M/D format.
    8. Save the file and Re-Upload the file.
    9. Refresh your browser and you should see the items you selected for

Yes, seems like alot of work on a monthly basis to keep something showing on main page.
But thanks for your reply, I know this can be changed easily if I can figure out where it controls what it considers new. If I can roll back the date, the last 9 newest product should show.
Just dont know quite enough, hopefully someone that know more than I will help.
    thanks.

You could just edit the query to not limit by month, and say, grab the first 10 records or whatever...
