Default PayPal IPN Message 5302

Hi!

I have installed osCMax 2 and i get the following error when trying to test the PayPal IPN module with paypal sandbox.

Code:
We are sorry that we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later.

Message 5302
Any ideas of what might be wrong? Where do i start the troubleshooting?

Sorry but this is NOT a osCMax or PAYPAL IPN message. It is a PAYPAL SERVER message.

I searched the paypal dev forums for the message. I got to know that it has got something to do with my checkout button.. sounds strange to me tough. I think the idea of the message is to tell customers of my shop that there is some error.

Any ideas?

Anyone got any tips? Have removed everything and installed RC2.. still no luck :'(

Sorry for bumping.

I really need help on this, i got it to work once in the live paypal. Swithced to sandbox.. didn't work, switched back, didnt work :'( this is driving me crazy!! PLEASE, someone. Do you have to wait for paypal to enable the certificate you uploaded to them or something?
