Applied all change log items, now NO store!

I went through the entire change log and applied all of them.

I can log in and interact with the admin account, but when I try to go to the store, I get the following error...

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_set_banner_status() (previously declared in /home/content/catalog/includes/functions/general.php:80 in /home/content/catalog/includes/functions/banner.php on line 15

I applied the change log list from bottom to top (thinking it was in the proper order).

In some cases, it involved overwriting the same file twice (general.php, for example).

Read each bug and apply each manually.

Read each bug and apply fix manually if they effect a file that you have already patched with another fix. The changelog only shows the order that the bugs were resolved, nothing more.

I corrected everything and then went back from the bottom of the list and implemented every one of the closed bug fixes. It fixed my prior problem.

From all that I can see, I have two things not working (that I can't say for certain were working before my mods).

Can you point me in the right direction with these two items...

[1] My banners will not show at the bottom of my aabox template (didn't try others). I have two banners and they are in the database and the green light is on.

[2] When I click on My Account and it goes to my ssl side of the world... the headings show "HEADING_RETURNING_CUSTOMER" and "HEADING_NEW_CUSTOMER" and beneath the new customer heading, it says "TEXT_NEW_CUSTOMER" and "TEXT_NEW_CUSTOMER_INTRODUCTION" ...where did I screw that up?

It's the only place I've seen it yet.
