Follow the advice of the error message adn check your error logs.

Most likely it is a file uploads or file size issue, but it could be anything.

Is 4.152.252.192 your IP address? If so it is your error. It is a server configuration issue. Mod_security is installed on your server and preventing mysql insert actions (that is what it looks like, anyway).

Nothing we can help with. Contact your host.

Hi,

I'm new to EasyPopulate 2.72. To get to know how to use it, I first added some categories and products onto my web, then Download complete tab-delimited .txt file to edit, After this I deleted all categories and products, and tried to browse and Upload my downloaded txt file, but what happened was some error message:
