Default Fatal Error:Call to undefined function:gzinflate()

Hi guys and gals,


Plain Jane new install, stored sessions via database rather than file and I get the following error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: gzinflate() in c:\ibserver\www\catalog\includes\classes\cache.cla ss.php on line 152

the admin area works fine, how can I fix this problem

Default RE: Fatal Error:Call to undefined function:gzinflate()

What versions of apache, php, mysql.

In the admin, try turning off the page cache, or checking that you have a /catalog/cache directory and it is world writable.
