[osCmax V2.0.25] Tax and New Account Country change.

I could use some advise please
catalog is not allowing country change from US to Canada for new customer sign up?

TAX:
I noted was not charging correct tax and found that shipping module had tax on class instead of tax on shipping. I changed this and now does not charge tax at all if you are signed in as member?? I have exhausted the better part of two days trying to find answers for these two questions with no luck.



Any advise would be muchly appreciated.

Each customer group has their own preferences - you need to check if you "members" are set up to charge tax ...
