[osCmax V2.0.25] Product Attributes are not arranged in order on the website

I have a list of different sizes for shoes for a website. Created product attributes for these.

eg 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6, 7


However some products display it ascending order:

The SQ Club : Achilles Black [VL-AC-002] - £99.99


Some products display the options in descending order:

The SQ Club : Achilles White [VL-AC-001] - £99.99


And some products in a jumbled order:

The SQ Club : Definitions Black [VL-DE-001] - £69.99


When I created those product attribute values, I created them in ascending order. It's driving me crazy and I can't figure out why it's doing this. Anyone had the same problem?

You're not doing anything wrong. It needs the addition of an add-on called Product Attributes Sort Order (something that should be standard, IMO)
I recently integrated into a development site for a client but you don't mention which version of 'Max that you're running.

Hi Ridexbuilder,

I tried to install the recommended Add-On but now when I go to Products Attributes I get the error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '*', expecting T_CASE or T_DEFAULT or '}' in ...shop/admin/products_attributes.php on line 26

I guess I should not have touched the script as I am not a programmer. Any idea what went wrong?

Check for a missing ; or a missing } in your code around line 25, 26 or the previous if { statement }.

Thank you for your quick reply, pgmarshall! I fond out that I could undo all the changes in my PSPadEditor so that I've got the status quo ante. Of course the problem with the unsorted product attributes stays. So I will try it the suggested Add-on again and whatch for missing ; }
