The install takes about 5 minutes ... I don't have an account with Intuit so I can not check it but the instructions are here. Open the read me in the 25th May 2006 upload.

Basically - unzip to correct folders - enable - done!

However, I have no idea if it will still work ... if it doesn't then I would ask Intuit for their code ... most payment processors offer the code for free ...
