[osCmax V2.0.25] checkout_payment.php -- Radio button selection problem for different payment options

Something that I *really* liked about osCommerce was that on the page with the radio button payment options, it wasn't necessary to select the actual radio button to make your selection. The user could select anywhere within the entire table row and it would select the radio button for them.

This feature is missing from osCMax. I even verified this at Login : osCMax Demo

I included a screenshot and if you look at the mouse pointer, it is trying to select the Paypal Express option, but the only thing that happens is a css hover effect. Getting a user to find and click these radio buttons is probably the ugliest part of the osC checkout experience because the radio buttons are pushed so far off to the side that they're barely noticeable.

I think a lot of store owners would be grateful if the development team could add this functionality back into osCMax.

Code is there - but obviously not functioning properly ... might be r164 (wow! that is a long way back!)
