Site Crashed - Loading White

The front end of one of my my stores crashed and is loading a white page with no code. It was operating fine a few minutes ago.

Any idea what is likely causing this?

I rebooted SQL and Apache to see if it was an issue there but it didn't resolve this issue. (and of course since the admin side is still up..)

There are no errors in the error log beyond last night.

Server issue? PHP issue?

Switching templates doesn't do anything.

The who's online is still picking people up as "online".. but I'm not seeing anything load on any browser type.

OK..

So, if I clear my browser of files and cookies I can visit the front of the site once, but after that it loads white again...

That definitely narrows it down, but whats causing it, any ideas?

Explore session settings in Admin.
