You'll need to be more specific: exactly which version of osCmax?

Dynamic MoPics = automatically picks up on additional images for a product, based on a filename naming convention.
http://wiki.oscdox.com/dynamic_mopics - see notes at bottom.
Slimbox 2 = much improved 'Click To Enlarge' function, compared to standard osCommerce. This is automated when a product is added via the Admin. Console.

Slimbox 2 is an integral part of osCmax 2.0.15 and later. There is a later patch that allows for more control via Admin. but this is very much optional.

    Thanks for your response!

my version is the most recent release ... in my admin the dynamic mo pics is shown but my problem is that the click to enlarge is not showing on the product pages and only the small image displays.

I thought the Slimbox2 would actually deliver what I wanted but I do not know how to access it instead of the dynamic mopics.

Slimbox is related to Dynamic MoPics - not an either/or. I thought I made the distinction clear above.
Did you change anything in Admin.,Images,Dynamic Mopics? If so put it back!
Are you uploading images manually or via Admin.?
If you do NOT change anything, then Mopics/Slimbox work "out-of-the-box" - proven - no if/buts.

    Site URL?

hmmm ... you are a bit edgy! The out of the box proven did not ever work ... that is the only reason I am on here asking for help. Everything in my admin is the same as it came when I installed it.

    My url is blackholeweaponry.com

Looking at your site - you would appear to be running osCommerce not osCmax ... they are two different packages.

osCmax is built on the basic framework of osCommerce but osCmax has hundreds of features including the Slimbox/Mopics install neatly included.

    My url is blackholeweaponry.com
Reason for 'edginess': Ask a question, read the reply

That URL directs to a standard osCommerce shop, not osCmax
Your huge images certainly need the benefit of my efforts with Slimbox and image re-scaling:
    400px × 305px (scaled to 380px × 290px) is one example.

No reason for edginess but anyway the actual site I am working on is blackholeweaponry.com/catalog/ ... havent gone live with the updated catalog yet.
