Well, this is embarrassing... I am in the process of configuring v. 2.0.25 and am working with someone very passionate about affiliate tools. Does anyone have a little info on what each of these items means or what it's function is:

Tax Rates
Maintain affiliate clickthroughs
 Maintain affiliate banner history
