Hi,
Have fresh 2.025.
When changing the Country, the circle just goes 'round buy the page doesn't refresh. It just sticks there. Any ideas please?
Also can one change the order so that the Country comes before the State?
Thanks

Java up to date on browser?
On which screen - customer or admin?
create_account.tpl.php, if customer side.

Thanks.. It's on the customer side.
Yes Java up to date. What else would cause the country option not to change?
I will go see that page now.
Thanks again,

Assuming that you're using a customised template and haven't touched ANYTHING with fallback: do you have the same issue with the fallback template?

Ah ha.. It works in Fallback but I noticed that the States option only gives the country name. Looks like I've forgotten something in the setup...
Thanks

Hi again,
Well I added the state zones but once again it works in fallback but not CCC-Fluid.
I notice other threads in the past but there didn't seem to be any resolve reported.
Unfortunately can't use it if this does not work which is a shame as iot is a nice look.
Any more ideas?
Thanks for the time.

I have a contact (not a maintenance/hosting client) that had reported the same issue today but my own clients' site is fine. For the contact, I created a new 'plain' template, with only the CSS, images and 'clean' mainpage.tpl.php. This was on two different domains/websites but same server. In each case, this cured the issue.
I can only conclude that there is a conflict with that particular server environment and a specific (as yet unknown) modification made to the templates. Adding in Google Analytics didn't revert the problem, so it's not that - a start.
Going forward, it will be a matter of adding in the template modifications, one at a time until the root cause is found. As I am busy on other things, this is only medium priority - the contacts' site is currently operational. Now, if they were one of my hosting/maintenance clients, then the priority would be different.

osCMax Bug Tracking System
Which might explain why my client site has no issue with this - I use SVN, not public releases when installing, to take advantage of bug fixes (though with an added risk of other bugs being introduced)

Hi again,
I looked at that SVN area but not sure which file would be the one which fixed the Country change problem.
Thanks,
oz
