CKeditor tools not displaying

I have just installed oscMax 2.0.25 as per instructions given in WIKI. When I tried to edit the Shipping Instructions, CKeditor did not display any tools. However, it did display the tooltips as I moved the mouse across the screen. I reinstalled oscMax but had the same result. Can anyone tell me what needs to be done to correct this.

Most likely your upload of the images failed or they were upped in ascii mode. Try re-uploading the ckeditor images in binary mode.

I have never had a problem with ckeditor in any version of osCmax, always works fine so I am thinking you just had an upload problem.

Am I correct in assuming that the CKeditor images are in the folder "catalog/admin/includes/javascript/ckeditor/images". If so, then the only image in this folder is "spacer.gif". Are the images somewhere else?

The entire ckeditor script is self contained here catalog/admin/includes/javascript/ckeditor/

All icons are in the skins directories, a file named icons.png

You are indeed correct. I did upload the images as ascii instead of binary. Thanks for your help.
