Customers Cannot Create account?

Hey Guys,

Im new to OSCMax and everything was working fine until a couple days ago when customers who tried to purchase items couldn't. This is down to the account creation screen. Even the checkout without account creation does not work. It seems when you switch country it does not refresh bringing up the zones and just gives a error saying:

Please can someone help as i cannot do anything without this working,

You are missing the State/Province field in your signup page. Enable it in the admin panel or you will continue to get this error.

Please can you direct me to the enable option, i have looked but as i said i am really new to this and up til now its been perfect
