Shipping Address

I have my site up and running and it appears to be OK. However, I tried purchasing items both as an account holder and a customer going right to checkout.
On both orders, the Shipping Address is left blank on the invoice and packing slip.
I may have a configuration setting wrong for this to happen, but I don't see it. Any asistance on this would be appreciated.

At the bottom of my own post I saw several similiar links and was able to fix my issue thru this.
