QTPro "Out of Stock" message not displaying

QT Pro doesn't display out of stock anymore using "base" and "multiple_dropdowns" from Config>Product Information>Product Info Attribute Display Plugin.

I'm not sure why. If i select sequenced drop downs the unavailable option is hidden. So it must be working on some level.

I thought it might have been my modified product_info.tpl.php but i deleted it and am sill having the problem.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Do you have "Track stock" ticked for each of the attributes?

Yes the stock is marked as tracked on both options. could it be that some of the options use a "/" as in 32/24 ?

Had to re-read. Twice! Stock is a single number but if the actual option attribute is 32/24, then it may cause an issue - try testing by wrapping in double (or single) quotes, eg. "32/24" (or '32/24')

I've tested on my 2.0.25 demo site and all worked fine (well as much as QTPro does in current incarnation ). The site done its' periodic rebuild prior to actually viewing sequenced dropdowns, though multi-dropdowns was fine [you shouldn't use 'base'].
If you look in SVN (see Developers), I recently posted updated QTPro files, which you could try after backing up your originals.

Just set a product to be with some out of stock attributes in my demo store ... seems to work fine ... example here ... you should see Out of Stock next to the attribute ...

Have you tried it in Fallback?

Initially I imported all the attributes with MYsqldiff and oscommerce.

QT Pro didn't like this when trying to assign attributes. so i truncated all of the stock/attributes tables and all was well. That is it functioned perfectly .... now just in the last day or so the out of stock message has disappeared.

I have tried resetting all my oscmax files and still no change. So I guess it must be a database issue.
