Upgrade from 2.03 to 2.0.25 Page Display Issues

I just upgraded my site to version 2.0.25 and cannot get the pages to display. I believe it has something to do with the Who's Online contribution as when I reverted to my site backup I received database errors here. The only change made to the database was my attempt to address these errors. I am confused as to why the Who's Online contribution is creating problems with the entire website.

Can anyone help direct me? The site is www.piercebroscoffee.com.

Everything looks fine to me. Pages load fine.

I've been working on things. But now when I click on the Checkout Button which directs you to https://www.piercebroscoffee.com/checkout_shipping.php I get a blank screen.

Also from the admin when I click on Configuration I continually get the following error:
1054 - Unknown column 'active' in 'where clause'

select countries_name from countries where countries_id = '223' and active = 1 order by countries_name

Any ideas as I have been working on this upgrade and trying to figure out how to correct these issues.

In working through upgrade fixes I must have changed a file related to logging in to the admin panel. When I try to login to the admin panel and click on Confirm I get redirected to the index.php page. I cannot login to the admin panel. Can you please tell me the exact files that control the login and where they are located. I have read and researched for several hours and tried to reload the files as well and still cannot get in. I am starting to get a little desperate here. Thank you so much.

Have you checked your config.php file in catalog/admin/includes/ ?

I resintalled the login.php file and that finally seemed to work. On another issue when you click on the CHECKOUT button the file https://www.piercebroscoffee.com/checkout_shipping.php comes up blank. Any ideas?
