What files do I need to edit to I create a new admin account or reset a password manually? The password reset form isn't sending the password to the address on file.

OK.. Got it.. here is what I did...
I went in to phpMyAdmin and found an account that I could retrieve the password for and copied the admin password field into the account without access..
first of all, you have to make sure your php email settings are setup correctly. Is this on a live web site or a localhost testing site? What kind of email connection do you have (smtp?)
Second, you can create a new admin account right inside of oscmax. You don't have to go into the database. If you go to admin->administrator->Members Group, simply click to add a new member and make that member an admin.
