When I go through check-out I get an error that says please select payment method. I have tried checking just the gift voucher box and tried checking the box plus one of the 3 payment options. I get the please select payment error for each.

Don't know if this has anything to do with it but I cant get the sales tax to show during check-out. I have all the info set-up for the sales tax but it is not being added during checkout. Also I have the show prices with tax set to false. Orders are going through ok other than no sales tax for the state I live in.
