order editor goes to blank page

When i try to edit an order it goes to a blank page.
would anyone know why.

check your error logs on your server for the admin pages that corrisponds to the admin pages giving you issues. Any luck spotting it out there when the issue happens again?

ahh..i know a good possible reason. It could be an issue with your shipping modules, specifically individual shipping i believe. try to deactivate it and see if your order editor comes back on. If that is the cause of the issue, there "is" a fix have order editor running with individual shipping enabled but its somewhere burried on the forums at www.oscommerce.com

I checked my code and it has the changes already as described above but I still get the blank page when I try to edit an order.
Any ideas

Try all the other ideas in this thread first:

1. Check your server error logs for the specific error. this should always be your first step. Report back the specific error message logged.

2. Disable individual shipping module and test.
