Ok i'm not sure if this is the right area to post this question

here i ago here is problem
i'm buliding a site with osCMax v2.0.4 and every time add new product it the images shows up on the admin side.

but when you go to the site it only shows a square and i get an X in it

then i have to ftp in and move the images from images/thumbs to get the images to show up..
Any ideas what i'm doing wrong

You are not doing anything wrong. That is how you have it set up in the admin panel. By default it uploads the main picture, but you then have to upload the thumbnail for your image separately.

I think you need to just read the documentation and then change your settings accordingly:
