Is there a way to merge osCommerce to osCMAX ?

I am a newbie and currently I am setting up a site using osCommerce, however another friend introduced to me osCMAX. I love the software and I am wondering is there a way to over write and merging them together.

Currently site A is set up for osCommerce, with most of the catalog filled and done.

Currently site B is set up for osCMAX with little or nothing in it.

What I want is merge the catalog from site A into site B or B into A and just using osCMAX for both site.
