Thumb Images not creating on product load

Hi

My first oscMax store and things are going pretty well. I have a problem that I suspect is a dumb question.

When I load a product through the admin interface, the thumbnail image is not being automatically generated.

Is there a switch/parameter somewhere I have to turn on ?

I have checked the folder permissions, and reset them to 777 but this had no effect.

osCMax does not automatically create the thumbnail image. You need to create it and upload it.

By default neither osCommerce nor osCMax automatically generate thumbnail images.
See oscdox for standard image and MoPics (More Pictures) instructions.
Or see my Project that does auto generate thumbnails. Be sure to download the latest release, RC4, at the current time - soon to be updated.

Note: spaces in image files ain't a great idea; eg. catalog/images/thumbs/large-esky%20130l_esklb.jpg

Don't you just love the easy questions

Many thanks for your quick response. I suspected as much but was lead astray slightly by the documentation (refer "Products Image" Chapter 05 of osCMax_User_Manual.exe).

I'll have a look at ridexbuilder's project, although, for this implementation, I'll create and upload them manually.
